Sinila Crater, or also often called Telaga Sinila, this crater is approximately 100 meters in diameter is a former volcanic eruption that erupted in 1979 AD The location of this cilateral crater is actually in individual land that used to be a garden and then erupted and produced a hole quite large, over time the hole is filled with rain water flowing from the rocks around the crater so that its appearance now is not like a crater but more like a lake. Because of this many also call it the Sinila lake, but for the people of Pekasiran village the term cilila sinila is more familiar.
To visit this crater crater, we can pass the Jalatunda Well tourism object by paying an entrance ticket of Rp.5000, – then continue the trip guided by road markings to the crater crater, at the location of the crater we are only allowed to see from above and should not get too close to the crater lip . In the dry season we can try to take a closer look at the condition of the crater by going down a little cliff, even during the dry season many people make the crater of the sinila where they fish.
