Location: Kepakisan Tourism Village, Kec. Batur Banjarnegara Regency
Sewiwi Lake is a lake located in Kepakisan tourism village, about 10 minutes from the Arjuna temple complex, Telaga Sewiwi is a lake whose name comes from the term “Sewiwi” community which means wings because this lake looks like a wing.
This lake is actually an artificial lake made by the community beforehand for the needs of surrounding community plantation waters, for its own water to rely on rainfall and seepage from the surrounding hills, so that during the long dry season the lake often recedes.
When filled with water we can try berkanau and also ride a duck boat on this lake. Around this lake grows a lot of five-color flowers or is known by the surrounding community as “Tompok” this flower has a very beautiful color, bias red, bronze, blue, pink, yellow, or orange. The existence of this flower adds to the beauty of Sewiwi lake, besides that there are also many Carica plants, one of the endemic fruit plants of the Dieng plateau.
